Below the Water block print

This design was made for Our Planet Week with the prompt Below the Water. I was inspired by the sad reality of life underwater having to share their space with our trash that inevitably makes it into the water.

I carved these stamps with Oregon marine life in mind, so I made chinook salmon, juvenile rockfish, and speckled dace amongst the plastic bag, plastic water bottle and spiral.

each block is hand carved by me and each print will be different but with the same idea, flow and stamps.
